This hotel was quiet and comfy in every respect, had attentive staff that prepared the most delicious soya sausage upon my request. My executive double room and all facilities were great. I thoroughly enjoyed a standard decor and clean bathroom.

I couldn't be happier with the value for my money at Suncoast Hotel & Towers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a massive bedroom and bathroom area. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. But what really made my stay special was the staff. From the friendly receptionists to the accommodating maintenance and breakfast team, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Room service being available 24/7 was a great bonus, and I loved that the complimentary bar fridge had water and fruit juice. it was an amazing experience.

The food for breakfast could be better if the restaurant staff were more friendly and accommodating. They refused to heat my daughter's food, which caused a lot of extra stress for us.

The rooms at SunSquare Suncoast were absolutely cozy and inviting. As soon as I stepped inside, I immediately felt at home. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the soft lighting created a calming atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Durban.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the limited view from the room. But hey, it's just my personal preference and I'm sure some people would appreciate a different perspective.
